Cancellation fee
If you cancel your reservation between the time we send you an e-mail confirming your reservation after the review is complete and the time you receive an e-mail notifying you that the product has shipped, the following cancellation charges will apply depending on when you contact us about the cancellation. occurs. Cancellation is not possible after the product has been shipped.
・One day before the scheduled rental start date: 30% of the rental fee
・2 days before the scheduled rental start date: 25% of the rental fee
・3 days before the scheduled rental start date: 20% of the rental fee
・From 4 days to 7 days before the scheduled rental start date: 10% of the rental fee
・Up to 8 days before the scheduled rental start date after the reservation is confirmed: 5% of the rental fee
In the event that we purchase and rent new rental products based on a prior arrangement between the customer and our company, or in the event that we cancel the rental contract at any time after applying for the rental contract, we will rent all the products to be purchased. A cancellation fee of 80% of the fee will be charged.
After shipping
In any case, we do not accept reservation changes or cancellations after the product has been shipped. If you find a problem with the delivered product, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
If the delivered rental product is found to be defective or faulty, we will respond by exchanging it with a substitute product or refunding it. However, if we cannot confirm the reported failure or defect in the product returned to us, we will charge the round-trip shipping fee for sending and returning the replacement product. In addition, if we are unable to confirm the reported failure or defect in the product returned to us with the intention of receiving a refund, we will not be able to issue a refund. At our company, when we check the operation of a product that has been reported as a failure or defect, we will share the operation confirmation status online in real time according to the customer's request.
